Downloaded Video of my Meetings have no audio
I spent half a day making offline MP4 and downloading them for about 6 hours worth of online seminars. The MP4 files have no audio. When I play back online, there is audio. I can't figure out what has gone wrong?
I didn't use any third party audio, just the built in audio with Adobe Connect.
Help!!! I need to download this to build a DVD for our organization.
Thanks,
Kirk

Re: Downloaded Video of my Meetings have no audio
Kirk,
The two paths I would go down (in no particular order of preference) would be:
- Try making the recording on another computer, see if that works out better.
- Download the recording source files (not playable as a recording on it's own) and extract the audio from the recording which can be added to the recording using a video editing application. This can be done by adding /output/NameHere.zip?download=zip to the recording URL. Feel free to put whatever you want for the name of the Zip file.
In that zip file will be one, or multiple, cameraVoip_xxx.flv files. These are the audio files Connect uses. There are free FLV to MP3 conversion tools, which can extract it to a useful file type.
Hopefully one of those two options gets you a useful MP4.

Trying to figure this out. I have tried:
https://meet675606808.adobeconnect.com/admin/content/sco/info?sco-id=1908646015&tab-id=1906823728&OWASP_CSRFTOKEN=d9631801c10bbe7c5d1ae44e0eb31cf3f6650901fbefe975fb3bce2437183146/output/NameHere.zip?download=zip
And:
https://meet675606808.adobeconnect.com/plav063opdzr/output/NameHere.zip?download=zip
I must be starting with the wrong URL because I am getting errors.
I went to the My Content page where the two programs are saved. When I click on one, there is the actual URL that the page is, I assume that is for sure wrong, then there is a URL that says "For Viewing"
https://meet675606808.adobeconnect.com/plav063opdzr/
Is there a different URL that I should be looking for? Thanks.

Re: Downloaded Video of my Meetings have no audio
The URL https://meet675606808.adobeconnect.com/plav063opdzr/output/NameHere.zip?download=zip looks correct to me. What error are you seeing?
