AdobeConnect Users in China
I am running training sessions, but my students located in China are having issues connecting to the AdobeConnect meetings. Is there something we need to change to allow the Chinese participants access? Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Re: AdobeConnect Users in China
Lori,
Can you elaborate on the issues that the users are experiencing?
When dealing with people located in China and using Connect servers based in the US, connectivity can be a challenge as that is a long way for the signal between the server and the user to travel. So latency can be an issue at times.

They are being blocked from even entering the meeting. They have tried connecting through a vpn as well as the regular internet provider, but so far, I have not been able to find a solution for them to join.

Ah, so an ISP issue. Not much to be done if a VPN solution can be worked around. Is the issue with the IT policies of their location, as in can you get an exception made in their firewalls?
Would they be able to access your Connect rooms from a different location?

Hi Lori@ISBM
Are you still having these issues ?
I have an adobe server in China which solves these issues.
It was for this exact reason that I set up my own server in China
