PDF error

I have a user that receives a message about content preparation progress when they try to upload a pdf into the sharepod.  Any ideas why they get this? I am able to upload the same file into my share pod.

I have also experienced this same error. I'll be able to open a PDF from the shared content library in a Share pod in my test meeting room, but the same PDF will not open in another meeting room. Are there known issues and fixes for PDFs opening in a Share Pod? I'd like to know what causes issues with opening PDFs in a Share pod.

I photocopied a doc and saved it as  PDF. i was able to uploaded it but it gives me an error messagewhich now forms part of the doc and it says adobe connect could not porcess this doc for viewing please try uploading the file again or use the schreen sharing to view the pdf file instead.
this is odd ....is it because it is a photocopy ?
