I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the Make FLV function of the recordings. I recommend that you:

B) Ensure you have the latest Add-in, http://www.adobe.com/support/connect/do … ates.html, and try creating the FLV version on another comptuer to help eliminate the computer as having something that is causing the issue.

C) Stop flaming about it across multiple forum threads. The other threads you have posted on are about different recording issues/requests. Doing so only causes frustration and confusion among other users trying to get answers. One post is enough to get your point across and any help from those users on the forum, if they have any advice to give.

You stated that when playing back via Connect none of the bugs present themselves, so this issue is related to the Make FLV function, not the meeting recordings as far as I can tell. If I have misinterperted what your issue is, feel free to clarify further.
