Connection Error | Adobe Connect Media Server is Not Accessible

I've been having issue with Adobe Connect where it will automatically shutdown even if I log in as a Registered User. Is there a fix to this?

I'll see an error message saying "Connection Error | Adobe Connect Media Server is Not Accessible. Please contact your Administrator for assistance."

This usually happens when Enhanced AV is turned on and currently using version 12.1.5 under a hosted service.
