I want to know the total number of account in Adobe Connect system

Dear all,

The list of "Users and Groups" is very very long in Adobe Connect system I am using. This is impossible to count the total number of account manually.
How can I get this figure ?
Please help. Thanks a lot.

Regards,
ytok

I would suggest you run one of the OOTB reports on users/groups, with no filters.  Then download the resulting CSV and do a count in Excel or your reporting tool of choice.  That's your only option using Adobe Hosted (which is where you posted this question).

If you have an on-premise account, you could also run a direct SQL query against the DB to get a row-count on principles.

A row count on the principals table would not give you accurate information.
You would need to filter out the groups like the everyone group and other non user groups.

Michael is right, a report would be best.  Possibly the report under the administration tab-->Downloadable reports-->Users.

OOTB = Out Of The Box (the included reports within Connect)

This will give you a complete list of all users in your system, hosted or licensed.
