Approval error

I am having an issue approving registrations to a webinar we are putting on.  I have 50 people that have registered through the Adobe events manager registration form.  When I select a name to approve I get this message

"Operation Size Error
Operation too large to complete. Please decrease the amount of data being updated".

This happens if I try to approve just one, or all 50 at the same time.  Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

I believe this error message occurs (a) your values for DB_MAX_ROWS, DB_TRANS_MAX_UPDATES in custom.ini are set too low, (b) for some reason, adding the user will update a lot of rows in the database.  This can happen if the event group might be a member of other groups such as Meeting Hosts, Training Mangers, etc.
