Spinning Cams and Long Mic Delays in AC 12 Enhanced

We are seeing issues in the "Enhanced" experience with users connecting mics and cams. We are cloud based and run behind a corporate firewall/VPN that we've set up to allow DNS etc settings from AC.

When users connect their cams and mics they see themselves as connected, but nobody else can see or hear them for a couple minutes. To my knowledge everyone is joining through a Microsoft device, but this impacts Edge and Chrome browsers as well as the current version of the application.

This is what happens when everyone comes back from a breakout. We can't hear or see anyone for a few minutes.

Any ideas on how we can improve the experience or are we stuck with "Standard" for the foreseeable future?
