Wrong audio is attached to my recording! How did this happen?

I recorded a practice meeting, saved it. When I opened the recording - and old audio from an old, unrelated presentation was superimposed on the recording. I redid it a few times and the old audio is still imbedded - how did it happen? The power point is new, named something different, and I recorded with completely different content. How did some other audio from an old adobe recording get attached to it. My new audio doesn't seem to stick. So strange! Thanks for any ideas! I have redone this several times and the old audio - completely unrelated - is all that one can hear.

Not really sure, sounds like maybe there is a something wonky in the DB that may have assigned a SCO ID that was already in use (shot in the dark guess). You'd probably need to work with Adobe Support to get a good answer and resolution.
