Experience and Thoughts about captioning providers

Hello,
We are beginning the evaluation process of implementing closed captioning for our Adobe Connect vILT seminars. We do not have available resources to appoint a real-time in-house captioner.

As we prepare to contact vendors, we'd like to request your suggestions and guidance regarding criteria and questions we should include (aka "we don't know what we don't know).

If any of you are willing to share your experience and/or recommendations regarding the vendors, we'd be very appreciative.
