AC Participant Audio Automatically Switching Speakers and/or Mics
My Organization has been facilitating training in Adobe Connect for about 1 year.
Participant sound difficulties had abated for a while, But have ramped up recently.
I believe (IMHO) as people are beginning to "come to class" with wireless headsets/earbuds they are having difficulties with speaker and/or mic auto switching.
For example, people who have been following along in a session will suddenly have their speakers go silent, and they do not go silent for the rest of the class. The fix to this is to have the participant select the drop-down next to the speaker and reselect the right speaker again.
Any insights or suggestions would be welcomed!
