Adobe Connect Cornerstone On Demand integration through Edge
Is there anyone who successfully integrated Adobe Connect Meeting with Cornerstone On Demand?
We need assistance with the Roster update and submitting the attendance.
After the Adobe Connect meeting ended, we waited for about 24 hours before we accessed Cornerstone's Session Roster Page.
The next step is to click on the "Uptate Atendance" button
The expected outcome is for the event to be updated "Delivered" and the attendees to be marked "Attended"
When we follow the steps only the event gets updated and not the attendees.
Is there something we do wrong?
Can someone assist?

Hello - make sure your users are entering the meeting via Cornerstone, not a direct link. They have to go through Cornerstone to launch the meeting, because that's what will connect the integration for attendance.
