digital pen issues

When the Adobe update happened last spring, I began having issues with the Ipad I was using to draw on my slides....choppy writing.  As a workaround I used an external whiteboard, but that was not ideal.

I grabbed a wacom tablet today to make sure it was an Ipad issue, but the same thing occured when I tried to write on slides inside of classroom.

I'm running a high quality laptop using the Adobe app.

Any thoughts on what could be going on?

Connect and digital writing devices have always struggled to get along. Probably best to keep using an external whiteboard for now if that is working better. This could improve with the new versions of Connect next year, but I would expect it is a chance improvement rather than an intentional feature enhancement.
