how to limit concurrent webcam in one meeting?

is there any way to limit concurrent webcam in meetings?
for example limit each meeting to broadcast just 1 webcam or more?

Don't give webcam access to participants. Other than that, no, there is not a way to cap the number of webcams that can be shown.
