Problems with the host

Hey guys, I'm starting to use this version of the Connect, but I can't host the meeting I've just created.

When I am at the administrator page and put myself as host of the meeting, it's ok. My account appears as the host.

But when I enter in the app, my account appears as participant and I can't change my role, modify the layouts and anything else.

What could be the problem? How can I fix it? I'd really appreciate if you helped me!

Most common issue with new users to Connect. You must be in the Meeting Host group to run a meeting if you purchased the Named Host license. If you are just an Admin, you can create rooms but not run them. Add yourself to the Meeting Host group and all should start working as expected.

I really appreciate your help. I was looking only at the meeting's information, that's why I could not add myself in the host meeting group. When I tried the usuary settings, I got it.
