PDF reverts to page 1 when moving between rooms

We post our 'slides' in a PDF format in share pod.

If we move to another room and then come back to the room to see the slides. The PDF document goes back to the 1st page of the document instead of staying where we were.

This does not happen using PPT format.

Any suggestions?
