360° Images from Captivate 2019 published to Connect - White Screen

I'm trying to publish 360° images from Captivate into Connect, however they seem to export file but in the layout after hitting the play button they only show a white screen. I'm trying to utilize the potential function of audience members being able to rotate the captivate image themselves. Does someone know a fix for this? I'm new to this software and need some help troublehshooting.

All files are exported directly from Captivate to Meeting in Connect, each file is HTML5 and I can view each file from the content folder but not in the share pod in the room.

It could be that 360 degree images aren't supported in Connect. I've not heard of anyone attempting to use them in Connect up to now.

Was the presentation still sync'd when you had the audience trying to navigate the image? If it was, that may have been preventing them from accessing it as it was waiting for the Host to drive the presentation.
