New pods not working

Hi, there. 

I was excited to see some new offerings on the apps page, but am having trouble using them in the Standard view of Adobe Connect 11.

Page shows it should work with Standard and not Classic. 
Gives error, "Unsupported Content.  To see this content, switch to classic view"

Page shows it should work with Standard and not Classic. 
Gives error, "There was an error converting your file."

https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/agree-to-disagree.html
Page shows it should work with Standard and not Classic. 
Gives error, "There was an error converting your file."

Can someone let me know what I might be doing incorrectly? 
I tried dragging/dropping and also tried loading by browsing for the content on my computer.

Not sure why, but I'm not seeing any of the new apps on that app page.

Haven't tried yet...just pleased to see more content coming through. Sorry for the confusion. I did download them, however, and will report back in once I test.

FYI, I just loaded all three from the links above -- install worked completely fine on my end. I'm using the Adobe Connect App (Version 2021.3.27) on a Mac.

I'll try them out with my team at the next opportunity.

Hmm.   Okay, I need to start troubleshooting on my end, then!

Thank you!

Are you loading the zip file into your share pod or are you expanding the zip on your computer and then loading it from a file in there? You should be loading the zip file as it was downloaded into the share pod -- the system will process it for you.

Thank you for checking these out. I'm excited to get them into customers hands and hear feedback.

@jrichardson - do you know what version of Adobe Connect you're using?

Anything prior to 11.2 required both an HTML and Flash version of the pod to be included in the payload. I didn't want to upload these until all hosted customers were on 11.2.

If you have an on-premise or managed account, your server may reject these despite the fact that you're using Standard view.

@alistairlee Aha.  That must be the issue.  It looks like my version is 11.0.6
