Suppress 'Download app' pop-up message when using Browser

I'm an Adobe Connect hosted solution customer and am currently using 'Standard View' with browser access enabled.  I want to force users into the web browser to avoid them having to download/install the application.  Due to the ongoing issues with standard view we are not using video/audio in Adobe Connect, only some interactive elements. 

I have added ?html-view=true to the meeting URL to force use of the web browser but a message pops up prompting the participant to download the app.  Is there anyway to remove or suppress this message?  We currently want our participants in the browser and this pop up will only cause confusion.
