Inconsistent Hand Raise Feature

Since we started using the 'standard view' for Adobe Connect meetings, we have had lots of issues with the hand raise feature.

In the 'classic view' in the past, when participants clicked on the hand raise button, an icon would appear next to their names, and participants names would move to the top of the attendee pod and appear in the order they raised their hands.

Since we've switched to the 'standard view' this feature is very inconsistent. Participants' names will no longer move to the top of the attendee pod or appear in the order hands were raised. Some participant names will move to the top of the attendee pod, others will not move, and sometimes we will not see the hand icon appear next to a name or it the icon will disappear. We do typically see notifications pop up listing participants in the order they raised their hands. 

This has not improved with the most recent update (11.2) or by forcing everyone to use standard view. Participants join by browser and the desktop app. This feature has become very inconsistent and creates a lot of challenges when we try to manage meeting with a large group.

11.2.1 brings some improvements/fixes to the raised hand feature:
- Selecting either 'Allow' will not automatically clear the status - this will make it easier to see who asked the question.
- If the same participant raises their hand again - after already having the raised hand status and rights - no notification message will appear. If the host/instructor had previously denied the original request, it will.

We're also re-working the raised-hand notification. It's not clear that by clicking 'Allow' a host is granting microphone rights to a participant. There are two things that happen: (1) A notification that someone has raised their hand, (2) A request for microphone permissions. The current pop-up isn't clear enough today. While this change won't happen in 11.2.1, you can expect an improvement here in an upcoming release.

I just want to say I'm having the same issue, constantly. It makes things very difficult for those hosting my meetings. They can't always figure out or see who is raising their hand, and it makes our meetings disjointed. Things used to be smooth, but this update has wrecked so many things we used to like about Adobe Connect.
