Upgraded to 11.2 and latest Windows Add-in

We have upgraded to 11.2 with our on premise server and are using the latest Windows add-in release 3/12.  When we screen share it only sends out a gray screen.  If I screen share on a Mac it works just fine.  Concerned that this is an add-in problem.  Anybody else seeing this.  Can't get anyone from Adobe Support on the phone.  They are swamped.
