Issues avec A.Connect 11.2
Hi,
I am a Mac user working in France, I have installed A.Connect 11.2 and organized a meeting for 15 ppl with standard view and enhanced audio Voip.
Yesterday I could not run the meting for the following reasons :
- Several disconnections of attendees
- After 15 minutes I was disconnected as well
- After new connection, I could hear attendees very well but they told me that the audio was bad for them
- I proposed them to cut their webcams, but no changes
- I proposed them to disconnect and to connect again with classic view, but no changes
Can someone help me to fix above issues ?
It is impossible to run meetings with A.Connect since last december !
I hoped that 11.2 upgrade would fix the problems, but still does'nt work

I can confirm that. We observe the same issues (disconnections, disconnections after 15 Minutes, audio issues). Unfortunately, the platform is currently in very poor condition.

We've been having similar issues all week. Not quite as bad as described, and a bit spotty. But I've personally experienced multiple 3-4 second interruptions in "connection". My connection is fine. Occasionally, there'd be a longer connection disruption, so I'd have to open it in a new window... which does correct the situation. I saw there's a new release today (12 Mar). Maybe that will help. So far, so good.
