Adobe Connect Crash before Entering Room

Hi
I trying to get this up and running on my customers new Windows 10 platform.

Adobe Connect 2020.10.26.64
Windows 10 1909.

The user that is starting the application is a normal user, the user starts the application and first choose a Room/Content link after that, the user choose Guest and Enter Room, the screen gets white a couple of seconds and the crashes. The ConnectCefApp.log just shows Connect CEF app, version and Memory.
The eventlogs shows: Faulting application name: connect.exe, version 2020.10.26.64..
Exception vode: 0xc0000409 and fault offset: 0x000000000065d579.

When I give the user local administrator rights, the application starts fine and works and also afterwards, when the user is normal user again, the application continues to work.

The above scenario is every user and computer having the issue.

So I guess it is something to with missing rights or something that it installed the first time when the application starts, but what does it need. I have tried to call Adobe support, but they was not able to help me.
