Email Chat Pod Log

For 2 days now I have been unable to email my Chat Pod logs to myself despite multiple attempts each day.

Some of my colleagues are not having this problem so it seems very intermittent.

Never used to have this issue but I wonder if there's an easy fix I'm overlooking.

*Update - I switched from Standard View to Classic View and was able to send the chat log immediately. Still have never received any logs from attempting to send it from Standard View

I found that turning off Timestamps with the Chat pod will allow the Transcript to be sent while in Standard Mode.

Yes, turning off timestamps gets the email to go through but there are no line breaks.  For my needs, this makes the chat tough to use.  I still switch to the classic to email.  But isn't the option to go to classic going to be turned off in the 11.2 update?
