Playback speed

I wonder why in this world there is no playback speed available yet? I have been asking this for longer than 2 years now, I either need to listen to the video at normal speed which is a time waste, or I have to "jump" and risk missing out something important.

CAN ANYONE FROM ADOBE TELL ME WHY HAS NO PLAYBACK SPEED FOR VIDEOS BEEN IMPLEMENTED? IS THIS ROCKET SCIENCE? CAN YOU IMPLEMENT ASAP?
