Webcam Not Sharing/Launching

Anybody else having the following issue?

1. When attempting to start your webcam the video window opens but there is no option to start sharing in the window. It is just the gray window. Even when using the 3 dot menu item I am unable to "Start Live Sharing". I am using Standard View when this issue takes place but when I switch to Classic View I have no issue sharing my webcam. It seems intermittent as well, it will work fine one week and the next I will have issues on a few days. I have had at least 5 other colleagues have the same issue and it is becoming an major issue as it is so intermittent and hard to pin down any exact reason for it other than it being an issue on Adobes end.

Is this a common issue for others??

If so is it being addressed in the upcoming February release? Thanks in advance
