Issues with Adobe Connect Event Registration Page

Hello All,

I have been utilizing the event feature within adobe connect to great effect! However, a small minority of participants always seem to be directed to a login page when given the registration link. My webinars are set up so that a password is not required for registration so I am confused as to why some of them are brought to the login page when given the registration link. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like they might be using a partial or bad link. Any chance you can share the link that someone who is experiencing this problem is using?

Did you resolve this? Just curious as I've seen some similar issues -- though it seems mine are usually human errors.
