Difficult connection with audio

I use Adobe Connect for Mac and since the V.11 release utilization, It is difficult to communiquate correctly with VOIP.

Different issues :
- Participants hear me and I cannot hear them, or the opposite
- They cannot connect with the right microphone

In any case there are a lot of disconnections from participants

Can somoone help me ?
