Voice cracking problem

Hi everyone, when i watch any recording in Adobe Connect by my phone, the voice of the video i watch sounds electrical. I hear the voice but it is not that clear.  This only happens when i watch Adobe Connect videos by my phone, when i watch it from computer, i have no problem. How can i fix this ?
