PLEASE HELP. LIMIT EXCEEDED WITHOUT USE

Hello,

We have bought the next account.

And we are having the next message:
"User Limit Exceeded"

The maximum concurrent users is 0.

The admin can not enter in the meeting room.

We had the same issue befire with another new account. Please activate it. We need it for today. Best Regards.

Alternatively, I'd suggest looking at purchasing Connect from a reseller in your area. They are going to be able to offer a much more functional account with higher concurrent attendee numbers and the ability to brand your account and drop the meet1234567890 URL for one that better represents your organization. https://www.adobe.com/products/adobecon … sting.html There may not even be that much of a price difference, if any.
