Share Pod hide title bar

Hide title bar in my share pods is disabled. It is shown in the menu but not active. Does anyone know how to re-activate this please? Thanks Pete

I see the hide title bare option grey'd out if the whiteboard is enabled over the content. turning off the whiteboard shows that option available.
