getting this message The user limit for this account has been exceeded

hi all,
purchased the 25 user licence but every time I try to access the room as host I get this message: The user limit for this account has been exceeded. Contact your meeting organizer for assistance.
I contacted the tech support but still waiting for an answer.
that what i see in my admin tab:

    Usage and Quotas
    System Features    Bandwidth per Month (MB):   Unlimited
Disk Usage (MB):   Unlimited
Presentation   
Training   
    Meeting    Named Host Pricing Model
Meeting Hosts:   1 / 1
Meeting Peak Concurrent Users:   0   (Soft Limit: 0)
Concurrent Users Per Meeting:   25   (Soft Limit: 25)
Burst Pack Minutes (Total Used/Total Purchased):   0 / 0
(Balance:0 - Disabled)

is it the meeting peel thing the problem? how to fix it?

How many people do you have in the 'Meeting Hosts' group?
