Adobe Connect 11 - External Webcam freezes

Has any one run in to an issue with external webcams on freezing in Adobe Connect 11?  If I turn an external camera on, turn it off, then turn it back on the icon will go Red, the camera never turns on and you are unable to change anything without closing out of the application and joining the room again.

With the built in laptop camera it seems to work fine.  I have tested this on 3 different laptops with different model external cameras and all of them have the same behavior.  Hopefully there is a fix or a coming update to fix the issues, being locked in to the built in camera is not ideal.
