HTML Page stuck at Preparing the Room

We have begun to have a problem getting into the HTML version of our meeting (which is critical). It gets to about 90% and never launches the meeting. Solutions? Work arounds?

Hi Anna,

The HTML client connects to a different server at 88% of the connection which is why there is sometimes a slight delay at this point. In your case, it sounds like it wasn't able to connect. I would try refreshing your browser, or if it continues to happen, contacting support.
