Adobe connect software update failing
hello - we hosted a large session this morning (230 attendees), and had NUMEROUS reports of associates having to upgrade, install/reinstall the application multiple times before they could join the session. We had an additional ~dozen people report they were not ever able to get the upgrade to work successfully and therefore could not join the session. We have another session planned for Thursday and are looking for all suggestions of how to resolve this for our associates. (and for what we need to update our IT service desk with, so they can address tickets).

You should either set the App to run in Classic mode (not a great solution, I know) or have your attendees verify and update their App as needed. Yes, this is part of the growing pains we face as Connect changes technology.
You can have them to a system check prior to joining the session by going to {YourServer}/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
Or you can direct them to the Connect downloads and updates page to download and install the new App. Or their IT can get the app from there and push it to their computer. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/c … pplication
