Adobe Connect 11.0-how long will support for HTML & Flash be available
In the move to 11.0 there is now a product notification that says users will be able to join meetings via HTML and Flash (without the ability to share screens). Does anyone know a date for when this ability will be removed?
This is a critical item in planning the migration process for our business.

With the release of Connect 11, the Flash meeting component will be depreciated. It may be in 11.0 as a backup in case it is needed and to continue supporting Mac users who will continue to use the old App while Adobe builds out the new HTML app.
But, whatever support/plans the Connect product team puts in place to allow the Flash based version in the browser, it will go away Jan 1, 2021 when all the browsers block Flash and Adobe as a company forces the uninstall of Flash Player in the browser. The Connect app has a sand boxed version of the Flash Player that will not be part of the 2021 culling, so Mac users or groups who host their own account and aren't on version 11 by Jan will still be able to use Connect through the App.
