Delegate Limit Has Been Reached Error Message

Hi everyone,

Can you please help me with the below question.

We have set up a new event using Adobe Connect and have 200 spaces available for each session, but when the delegates try to join the virtual training they keep getting the message the limit of delegates has been reached.

How can I fix this please?

Thanks
Scott

Re: Delegate Limit Has Been Reached Error Message

Scott,

200 seats sounds like you purchased the Virtual Classroom license, which needs to be set up and managed under the Training tab, not the Meeting tab. Meetings can be created on the account, but you'll find that the rooms can only hold 1 attendee. This is to enable the live meeting function on the account and to allow you to setup and leverage the Templates folders in the Meeting Library when creating your Virtual Classroom.

Unfortunately, you can't shift and Event from pointing to a Meeting room to a Virtual Classroom. You will need to create a new event once you have a Virtual Classroom which you can use to link to the Event. When setting up a new Event, under the Presentation section you will see Live > Present an Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom and should choose that option.
