Shared Email Templates View is Empty - Support solution?
Dear AC User Community,
I hope this thread is in the right place. I'm quite new working with Adobe Connect and I stumbled upon the first problem I'm not able to solve. This blog post depicts my problem very well:
My problem is that I don't know how to adopt the solution since my technical know-how in this regard is rather low. Does anyone of you know a different solution or a possibility to get support for that via Adobe?

If your account is hosted by Adobe, then it may have this fix applied. If it is somewhere else, then you may need to have someone who has access to the server to apply this change.
