Hi,

I support a course that is run through adobe connect and have had several reports of issues with the recordings of presentations/lectures. When recordings are paused or when trying to find a particular section of a recording sections are skipped and it is very hard to find a particular point. This also means that the timings for each slide are not always consistent. This makes it difficult to review sections of a recording instead of playing the entire recording start to finish.

The problem does not seem to occur every single time a lecture recording is opened but there have been reports from several people that this issue occurs intermittently. It seems to get worse if the recording is paused or moved around several times in one viewing.

Any solutions or suggestions on how to avoid this happening would be appreciated.
