Mac user Accessing room via Google Chrome and Application crash issues

Hi everyone,

Recently, we have lots of "Mac" users reported that they cannot access the room or even encounter Application crash issue.

Some of the Mac OS users were having trouble to access Room via Google Chrome by typing the URL link and even with the parameter "proto=true" on the end of the URL.
e.g.1  They suck in the page of "preparing the room..." forever after choosing Open in Browser or;
e.g.2  The installed application opened and then crash quickly after choosing Open in Application.

Some of the Mac OS users can able to open the application and access to the room, but the application was always crashed unexpectedly. They need to open the application again but the application kept to crash...

May I know anyone of you encounter the some problems? May I have your advice(s)? Thanks a lot~!

Are they using the latest version of the Mac Application? If not, have them update as the latest version did come with some fixes that were important.

Just so you are clear:

?proto=true means Connect should launch the Application
?html-view=true means Connect should launch in the HTML client in the browser, if the user is entering as a Participant
