Adobe connect event producer/coordinator


We are looking for an experienced Adobe connect producer/coordinator.  The tasks will be related to organizing a multiple day online event with multiple remote speakers throughout the day.  Coordination includes helping the speakers with setup including usage of Connect, create email invitations for attendees, user registrations and tracking who attends or who drops off.  Continuing education certificates will need to be sent to attendees so, reporting is important.  The content is typical powerpoint presentation with an occasional embedded video.

We need a soup to nuts producer, coordinator, project manager with experience.  We have subject matter experts and the agenda.
This is moving an in-person event to an online event therefore best practices are important.  This is a contract position for a single event.
