STOP Data from Disappearing When Uploading PPT slides

HELP! When I upload PPT slides into my Seminar Rm., some data in a simple table disappears. I have saved the PPT slides into a previous version to correct, uploaded previous version PPT slides then PPT slide numbers changed to all 0's; however, the slide data did reappear in the simple table.

How can I STOP data from disappearing, slide numbers changing to 0 and any other issues that may occur when uploading PPT slides? Previously, I've had these issues and Adobe Connect should have corrected them by now.

I’ve also tried to connect online with AC HELP desk and there was no one to help me, why not? Yes, I have Googled the issue with no answer to specific problem. THANKS for any ways to troubleshoot issues.
