Playback Problem

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help solve this issue.

Our Adobe Connect webinars are not playing back properly after they're recorded. We can hear the webinar, but the slides don't upload. The same procedure is being used as always and we're using Firefox.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
