Adobe Connect Webinar Registration

We host webinars that are worth continuing education credits, but unfortunately, people forward the “join now” links to others who have not registered. One person’s name then shows as (for example) Kelsey Hayton, Kelsey Hayton 1, Kelsey Hayton 2, etc., and we have no idea who “Kelsey Hayton 1” and “Kelsey Hayton 2” are. This is problematic when we are trying to accurately report who attended the webinar, passed the quiz, stayed on the required time duration, etc.

Is there any way to make registration links unique per registered participant? Does anyone else in this forum use this platform in a similar way? Any advice?

Thanks! Kelsey

Re: Adobe Connect Webinar Registration

Hi Kelsey,
The solution to this problem is to require users to join with a username and password. One way to make this possible is to create a landing page that users need to complete, and then have that data create a unique profile "on-the-fly". We do this for several of our clients.

Our Vantage Point platform is specifically designed for clients issuing CE credits as it can require participants to confirm their active participation at regular intervals to create a compliance audit. Simply entering your event does not mean that the user was paying attention, or even sitting at their computer. You can tie the attendance tracking to CE certificate issuance.

Feel free to reach out to me if this would be of interest.
