Adobe Connect and windows app locker
Our users have all started getting a prompt for Windows that the Adobe Connect app is blocked by the System Administrator when we pushed out an updated version a few weeks ago. The problem we are having is that a previous System Administrator set up the restriction policies and whitelists in app locker then departed from the organization. Our new System Administrator has tried many different ways to get this app to launch uninhibited but is having no luck so far and users are getting frustrated.
So I am looking to see if any one out there has any documentation on the best ways to whitelist Connect in AppLocker so that our end users can run the app again that I could pass along to him. I am just the lowly help desk guy but know for sure by checking Event Viewer that AppLocker is the culprit.
I know it is a longshot posting this here but thought I would give it a shot.
