Issue with Integrated Audio and Breakout Rooms
Is anyone else having an issue with breakout rooms and audio? We have used PGI as our audio provider for 7 years and used the same ADOBE Connect Rooms. Recently we have been unable to conduct breakout rooms as the audio is not associating with each user (even if we use the dial-in function and manually associate each user with their audio). We have been working with PGI and ADOBE for weeks with no solution. Also when we start the meeting audio, it appears to launch it twice (this is also new). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any willingness to try a different audio provider?
Not trying to sell you on anything, but the PGi adapter is pretty old and the other providers may have adapters that work better.
