How Are Attendees Counted Against Room Capacity
When we host a meeting or a seminar using integrated telephony, we get a mix of attendee names and phone numbers listed in the Attendee pod. The phone numbers are those who have decided to call into the meeting themselves rather than allowing Adobe Connect to call them. Sometimes we can merge the phone numbers with the proper attendee name, but this is not always possible.
Do the phone numbers count towards the room capacity? The phone numbers are included in the participant count, so for the moment I am assuming that the phone numbers do count as part of the total attendee count.
Can anyone clarify this for me?

No, the phone numbers don't count toward the room capacity.
If you have a room with a 500 seat capacity and there are 350 attendees and 200 un-associated dial-ins, 150 attendees will still be able to join.
