Ipad access issue

Hello!

I am trying to access a recording from my ipad. I put the url in the app, but it keeps redirecting me to Safari and telling me to download the desktop application. Any idea?

Ok i have read a few posts and it seems this doesn’t work for mobile! Pity. Please work on that!

It is being worked on, and has been worked on over the years.

Currently, Meeting Hosts can create an MP4 version of the recording that can be provided to and played on mobile platforms.

In the near future, Connect recordings will play back in the HTML client for Connect, which should be supported across all platforms.
