Change Reseller?

After enrolling in the free trial at the Adobe website, we were contacted by a reseller who told us that Connect is only sold thru the reseller channel, so we purchased a license from them. I've not been satisfied w/their service. When the term is up can we switch resellers and retain all of our data (meetings, users, guests etc)?  Also, is it correct that we must purchase through a reseller?

Yes to both points. Adobe doesn't sell Adobe Connect directly, so you will need to go through a reseller.

You absolutely have the option to switch resellers as you see fit. A list of resellers can be found here, https://www.adobe.com/products/adobecon … sting.html. Feel free to reach out to the reseller of your choice and explain the situation. They should be able to handle your account moving forward.

That's a relief.
I don't suppose I can switch resellers before the term is up?

yeah, no notifications for new posts here... its a known thing.

You can switch at any time. Just reach out to another reseller and get to know them.
