Password Reset Every Login

Every time I log into Connect to host a meeting I need to reset my password.  It never recognizes my password at login and prompts me for a password reset.  And then I reset it to the exact same password.  Any idea why this is happening and how I resolve this issue so that it actually recognizes my password at the initial login?

Could be a password expiration setting. Check the Login and Password policies options under Administration > Users and Groups.
